A selection of fruit from vines located in the eastern part of the village, not far from the family cellars, in lieu-dit ‘Mordeloup.’ Soils mostly clay-based. Hand-harvested. Destemmed; cold maceration for one week; fermented on indigenous yeasts in open-top wooden tanks.Â
Vincent Dureuil-Janthial is one of the most underappreciated producers in all of Burgundy. Along with concentrated whites, Vincent makes fresh, elegant reds like this one. It s bright, elegant, and refreshing enough to enjoy at outdoor get-togethers all summer long.
